Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and services
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
• Stay up-to-date on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations and suggestions to guests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
