- Leadership and Team Management: Recruits, motivates, develops, and retains a superior functional leadership team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintains an ongoing awareness of select regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Seven years' experience with five in leadership
- Professional License and/or Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State or Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
