Pediatric Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Overview

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pediatric Nuclear Medicine and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) / PET-CT procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality imaging while accurately demonstrating anatomy and pathology utilizing proper imaging protocols.
  • Facilitate patient flow daily; to include management of STAT/urgent and high-priority patients.
  • Provide age-appropriate care and appropriately prepare patients for procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and coworkers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
  • Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT(NM)) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
