We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). You will also oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
- Oversee other assigned team members.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care.
- Assess the patient's physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
- Provide competent and compassionate care specific to the unique needs of the individual patients and populations served.
- Individualize care in consideration of the patient's age, developmental, or physical abilities.
- Update knowledge and skill of populations served to meet patient care needs.
- Apply knowledge of illness, injury, and disease in the assessment process.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting.
- 1 year Med/Surg experience required, unless otherwise noted in job posting.
