Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Planview PPM Administrator to join our Corporate Technology team, specifically in the Enterprise Transformation Office IT team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the design and initial rollout of the Planview PPM tool, as well as its ongoing configuration and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the Planview PPM tool to meet the business needs of the Enterprise Transformation Office IT team
  • Configure and maintain the tool to ensure optimal performance and user experience
  • Provide technical support and training to users on the tool's features and functionality
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best-of-breed technologies and methodologies
Requirements
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in a technical business analysis, system administration, or development role for a project management or change management software
  • Experience with Planview Project or Agile Place or other Project Portfolio Management software (i.e. Clarity, ServiceNow, Apptio)
  • Experience with Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Rally a plus
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies
  • Knowledge of business processes and methodologies supporting organizational management practices
