Under the guidance of the Team Leader, our Direct Care Staff play a crucial role in offering support and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities and related disorders. Your mission will be to empower them to lead fulfilling lives within their chosen communities.

Available Shifts:

  • Full Time; Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Tuesday - Saturday
  • Full Time; Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday - Monday
  • Full Time; Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Sunday - Thursday
  • Full Time; Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Sunday - Tuesday - Saturday
  • Full Time; Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Sunday - Friday - Monday

The anticipated starting wage range is competitive and varies based on geographic location and relevant experience.

Essential Qualifications (Must Have):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in providing direct care and specialized services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within a specified timeframe and obtaining RBT certification within twelve months of employment, or being a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional with maintained credentials
  • Within the first year of employment, completion of both segments of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) competency-based training course, including competency tests
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Willingness to utilize the company vehicle for client transportation to appointments and activities
