Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect care to adult and pediatric patients under the direction of physicians and Clinic Manager
  • Show competency in Clinic Assistant I and II Skill Modules within 120 days of employment and Clinic Assistant III Skill Modules within the first year of employment
  • Assure patient satisfaction by working as a team member with all personnel
  • Front Desk & Cross-Training duties, to include answering front desk phones, checking in and out of patients, scheduling appointments, processing billing and insurance information, and showing compliance with insurance regulations
  • Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a high level of motivation
  • Maintain open communication and a team-oriented work environment with all departments and all levels of personnel
  • Take initiative and be a self-starter
  • Perform additional duties as deemed necessary
  • OSHA and HIPAA Compliant

Qualifications:
