Camp Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Camp Leader to join our team at JCC Greater Boston. As a Camp Leader, you will be responsible for leading groups of campers in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. You will work closely with our experienced staff to create a warm and inclusive camp community where every camper feels valued and confident.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations. If you are passionate about working with children and are looking for a rewarding summer experience, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead groups of campers in various activities and games
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans to engage campers
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for campers
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Experience working with children is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary: $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience
