Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Strategic Resources, Inc. As a member of our healthcare support services team, you will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical activities, including purchasing, inventory control, and record keeping.

• Manage all pharmaceutical activities, including purchasing, inventory control, and record keeping.
• Secure and maintain a current facility DEA Registration Number and necessary legal records on controlled substance items.
• Provide direct care to patients within the scope of practice and perform functions in accordance with current accepted practice, licensure, certification, credentialing, and privileges.
• Responsible for general orderliness, cleanliness, and maintenance of pharmacy equipment.
• Participate in monthly and annual inventory of pharmacy services as required.
• Responsible for supervising work performed by Pharmacy Technician(s). Performs record keeping functions in accordance with program policies and position.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
• Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)
• Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy or documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy
• Possess a minimum of one year postgraduate experience as a clinical Pharmacist within the last three years
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist in any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
• Possess a current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration certificate and a National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
