Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, including administering medications and treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care in a clear and concise manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Adhere to infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Graduation from a Licensed Vocational Nurse Program and current license/permit as a vocational nurse in the State of Texas.
- Current BLS-HP certification required.
- High school or equivalent.
