Work collaboratively with team members, with an office presence approximately 60% of the time, adhering to the firm's established guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law institution; LLM in taxation preferred.
Admitted or eligible for admission in New York.
A minimum of four years of transactional tax experience, emphasizing corporate transactional and partnership taxation within a law firm context.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional demeanor in interactions with clients and colleagues.
Capacity to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
