Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Early Morning Truck Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including finding products and providing solutions.
  • Provide a fast and courteous checkout experience, handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Encourage customers to join our rewards program and assist with sign-ups.
  • Inform customers about our customer feedback program.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including online order pickup and shipment from the store.
  • Participate in truck unloading, merchandise display, and planogram implementation.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and general housekeeping.
  • Assist with stock optimization and sales floor maintenance, including weekly sales floor resets.
  • Support loss prevention and safety initiatives.
  • Follow established operational procedures and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and promote a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Interact with colleagues in a professional and respectful manner, maintain a positive attitude, and promote a culture of engagement and inclusivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and frequently bend, lift, and carry merchandise.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a retail environment with frequent customer interactions.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work in a climate-controlled retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with occasional outdoor work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with frequent interactions with colleagues.
