Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Luxium Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefit Program Management: Design, implement, and administer our benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement programs, and leave administration.
  • Compensation Program Management: Continuously review and benchmark our compensation strategy to ensure a competitive advantage and alignment with our business strategy.
  • HR Systems and Data Management: Support the HR function as the subject matter expert (SME) of our HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects, such as implementations, process improvements, audits, and employee communication/engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • 3+ years of leave administration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/multi-site environment.
  • Working knowledge of compensation and benefit laws and regulations – federal, state, local.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of financial statements and effects of budget responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
