**About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing in-home ABA services to our clients, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting, implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior, utilizing our proprietary behavior tracking software.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to ensure seamless implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
  • Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1 year of experience working with children under 10 years old, with a background in therapy or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and sit on the ground for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
