Mailroom Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Print and Mail Processing Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing workload delegated based on Service Level Agreement due dates.

In this role, you will operate Canon High Speed Commercial Printers and Kern Inserters to process customer files. You will also complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications. Additionally, you will communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Process workload delegated based on Service Level Agreement due dates.
• Operate Canon High Speed Commercial Printers and Kern Inserters to process customer files.
• Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.
• Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year experience working in a similar environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Team building skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Learning to be efficient and mistake-free while maintaining speed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $17.50-$19 per hour, depending on location and experience. This position may also be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
