Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Engineering Support Technician to aid in the upkeep and enhancement of automated machining systems. Your role will encompass overseeing product standards, modifying CNC programs, performing machinery evaluations, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Modify CNC programs and tools to ensure product excellence
- Execute machine verifications and assessments
- Interpret blueprints and operate machinery
- Assist in machine setup and maintenance
- Monitor inventory and implement process enhancements
- Contribute to environmental management objectives
- Proficient in CNC machinery and programming
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Minimum of 5 years in automated manufacturing
- Experience in robot programming
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC programming
