Job Summary

As an Avionics Installer II at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the removal and installation of avionics electrical components, fabrication of wire harnesses, and testing of avionics/electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment in accordance with blueprints, worksheets, and engineering drawings.
  2. Maintain accurate logs and records.
  3. Complete tasks within allotted time frames.
  4. Ensure that work accomplished meets applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  5. Conduct quality checks to ensure a defective-free assembly prior to final inspection.
  6. Comply with company safety regulations, FOD program, tool control program, and 5-S program.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Additional Requirements
  1. Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned by Supervisor.
  2. Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Computer skills and general software knowledge.
