Banker Steel Company LLC is seeking a skilled Experienced Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling steel components using various welding techniques.

• Welding and Fabrication: Weld components in vertical or horizontal position, using shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety, and ensure all tools are properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Quality Control: Examine work pieces for defects, measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications, and recognize and understand weld symbols.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to constantly work in various indoor conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noisy conditions. Must be able to lift a maximum weight up to 20 lbs. frequently; 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in welding and fabrication preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of welding techniques, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and knowledge of relative safety standards.
