Cottonwood Title is seeking a skilled Escrow Assistant to join our team in Centerville. As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a critical role in our industry-leading success by providing exceptional customer service, working well under pressure, and applying escrow principles.

• Prepare files for closing by arranging to repay outstanding loans on the property
• Investigate problems with the property title
• Build closing disclosures
• Interact with customers
• Send/receive funds to close the transaction

As an Escrow Assistant at Cottonwood Title, you can expect a competitive salary between $45k (for beginners) and $80k (for more experienced hires), as well as team production bonuses.
