Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and services to clients, while also maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional haircuts and services to clients, including haircuts, color, and styling
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including the reception area, cutting stations, and storage areas
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting and styling techniques
  • Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and productivity goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
