About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as part of our Nurse Residency Program. This 12-month comprehensive transition-to-practice program is designed to facilitate your progress from student to professional nurse through education, mentorship, and peer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients from birth through the lifecycle
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing processes
  • Function within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nursing program
  • New graduates of a nursing program eligible
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable
