Job Summary:- Deliver direct services to clients, including assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning.
- Manage and supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients.
- Collaborate with our Clinical Manager and Operations Manager to provide administrative support and guidance.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments for clients to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address the client's goals and objectives.
- Collect data on client progress and analyze it to determine the effectiveness of treatment.
- Supervise and coach Behavior Therapists to ensure they are providing high-quality services.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.

- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.
- Up to $6,000 annual incentive bonus (paid monthly).
