Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test plans for requirements verification, documenting any identified defects.
- Provide technical insights on proposed product modifications.
- Convert customer specifications into software calibration data and configurations.
- Contribute to the formulation, communication, and management of vehicle calibration strategies, focusing on timing, quality, and budget.
- Offer technical assistance to the Control, Software, and Validation Teams in testing, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
- Stay updated on software functionalities and product specifications relevant to assigned functions.
- Identify opportunities for new initiatives aimed at enhancing calibration and testing methodologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster positive working relationships with other teams and PACCAR divisions.

Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in developing data analysis scripts.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols: J1939, UDS, XCP, Ethernet, CAN-bus, LIN-bus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in summarizing technical issues and communicating effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and engineering judgment.
- Organized and disciplined, capable of managing personal workload and adapting to changing project demands.

Additional Requirements:
- Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is required.
