Barista Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Scooter's Coffee in Wilmington, NC. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, greeting customers, and providing excellent customer service.

The salary for this position starts at $10 per hour, plus tips, with the potential to earn up to $13-15 per hour including tips. We also offer employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and paid training.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipe guidelines
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
• Work efficiently to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation for each customer

Requirements:

• 1 year of guest services experience preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Dependability and flexibility to work varying shifts
