Join Our Team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Therapy 2000, a leading provider of home-based pediatric therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in The Woodlands/Conroe area.

This full-time, part-time, or PRN position is based in our North Houston division and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a vital member of the patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
  • Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork as required.
Requirements:
  • A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • An innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
  • Ability to use common workplace technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a home-health setting.
  • Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
