Paint Coater

The Paint Sprayer is responsible for applying solvent-based paints, stains, and other coating materials to wood components. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

• Measure and catalyze materials as needed.
• Ensure the quality application of coatings to meet set standards.
• Operate spraying equipment to achieve a consistent finish.
• Monitor and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand work instructions and directions.

This position requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals. The Paint Sprayer works under the supervision of the Finish Supervisor and is expected to embody the company's mission, vision, and values.

This role requires constant physical effort, including standing, walking, and performing spray application motions. The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects weighing over 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

This position requires adherence to all safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times while on the production floor.
