Key Responsibilities:

• Support team management by developing and cross-training team members
• Lead shifts by setting the pace, delegating assignments, and ensuring team members stay on track
• Create a positive guest experience by providing top-notch service and resolving issues
• Uphold and enforce food safety and quality standards
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties, including cash handling, inventory, and paperwork

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to work at a fast pace and handle high-volume workloads
• Deliver high-quality food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Ability to empower and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to cross-train in all positions
• Must obtain a manager's food handlers certification upon hire
• Must have slip-resistant shoes on day one of training
