Be a Produce Pro:

Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members. Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have. Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner. Maintain inventory so that there is no out-of-stock and over-stock products.

Be a Quality Control Expert:

Understand the processes and specifications related to the quality of various types of produce merchandise. Prepare products according to established standards. Maintain product safety and follow company sanitation guidelines. Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.

Be a Digital Champion:

Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind. Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.

Be an Owner:

Drive the performance of the area. Utilize digital tools. Use perpetual inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products. Ensure quality and date control standards. Eliminate waste. Guide peers and provide attention to customer needs. Assist customers according to company policies and procedures.

Be a Talent Ambassador:

Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products. Execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality. Exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans. Use the Open Door Policy. Apply these in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources. Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners. Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Carry out tasks. Communicate progress and information. Determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities. Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
