Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cloud and Storage Expert to join our Infrastructure team at RIT Solutions, Inc. in Easton PA. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of systems engineering experience and be proficient in Systems, Storage, VMware, Linux, O365, and Windows Server.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

The Cloud and Storage Expert will be responsible for leading key process improvements for assigned IT services, developing and executing on a three-year roadmap for each assigned IT service, and driving high-availability to meet inter-company SLA's. They will also assist with vulnerabilities management and drive down vulnerabilities to minimize risk scores, coordinate with network engineering, business application, and database administration functions to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of IT services, and establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure system security following NIST guidelines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of systems engineering experience. They should be proficient in Systems, Storage, VMware, Linux, O365, and Windows Server, and have experience working in an ITIL environment. Additionally, they should have strong troubleshooting experience with DNS, TCP/IP, Group Policy and Active Directory, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
