- Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and document nursing care plans.

- Assist physicians during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Conduct various patient assessments and administer medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.
Patient Care Focus: Enhance patient independence by setting care objectives and educating patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Professional Standards: Familiarity with standard nursing concepts, practices, and procedures is essential.
