Role Responsibilities

The Hair Stylist will collaborate with clients to design personalized hairstyles that reflect their individuality, lifestyle, and facial features. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to transform short hairstyles into trendy looks that clients can easily replicate at home, as well as style long hair in a manner that enhances each client's unique appearance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing and estimating the client's hair length accurately.
  • Determining the appropriate hair color for clients.
  • Providing haircuts tailored to client preferences.
  • Creating styles that align with client desires.
  • Delivering haircuts that complement the client's facial structure.
  • Advising on hairstyles that suit the client's height.
  • Offering haircuts that are suitable for varying weather conditions.
Employment Types

This position is available as Full-time, Part-time, or Apprenticeship.

Compensation

Salary: $32.00 per hour, with additional bonuses based on service and retail sales, plus tips.
