About the Role

Glen Echo Surgery Center is a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. We are seeking a motivated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence as a member of the surgical team.
  • Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.
  • Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
  • Participates in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
