**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in emergency situations, including trauma cases and code blues.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examination.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
