Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transfer, modification, procurement, installation, and initiation of manufacturing processes at suppliers and within Pella.
  • Monitor and evaluate key project metrics to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are achieved.
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to prioritize, plan, and execute projects effectively.
  • Communicate engineering information clearly to foster collaboration among team members.
  • Adhere to Pella’s safety policies and practices throughout all project phases.
  • Employ independent judgment to define project objectives and determine the appropriate engineering and scientific approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience is preferred.
  • A technical or bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is advantageous.

Work Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed for project implementation.

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel, less than 10% expected.
