Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Sustainability and Strategy at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our organization's sustainability strategy on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our company's purpose and goals.
• Drive strategy in relation to sustainable sourcing of products, development of sustainable packaging, and carbon neutrality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sustainability plans that drive competitive advantage and customer engagement.
• Coordinate training material and activities that promote sustainability practices and reduce environmental impact.
• Support new product opportunities and identify process improvements to enhance sustainability practices.
• Stay up-to-date with good practices, government regulations, and industry developments in the FMCG sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational strategy and sustainability.
• Background in FMCG or packaged retail products.
• Excellent knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
