  • Adhere to established protocols for processing cash refunds.
  • Engage with customers to address and resolve any complaints in a courteous and service-focused manner.
  • Maintain accountability for assigned cash funds and receipts, ensuring compliance with cash management standards.
  • Monitor customer purchases in the service line and differentiate between standard portion sizes.
  • Restock condiments, beverages, and general supplies while ensuring cleanliness in service areas.
  • Keep the pastry display well-stocked.
  • Ensure adherence to company service standards as well as inventory and cash control policies.
  • Comply with all sanitation, safety, and ServSafe requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
