About the Job:

This Med Surg RN position requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients
* Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
* Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential problems, and develop individualized care plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

* Current RN license in the state of Alabama or eligibility for licensure
* BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
* 1+ years of experience in Med Surg nursing
* Ability to pass a background check and TB test
