Schedule: This role requires three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Compensation: Night Shift Differential of $5.75, along with a $20K Sign-On Bonus contingent upon a one-year commitment, payable within the first 45 days. Additionally, there is a potential relocation bonus of up to $8K.
The Medical Care Unit specializes in treating patients with stroke and respiratory conditions, featuring dedicated rooms for reverse isolation and ventilator support. The unit also accommodates a diverse range of medical cases, including endocrine, cardiac, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, trauma, surgical, oncology, and orthopedic overflow.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Promoting optimal health, safety, and well-being of patients through the nursing process, adhering to patient care standards and guidelines.
- Demonstrating accountability for relationship-based care, aligning with the organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications:
- Current RN License required; must comply with state nursing licensure regulations.
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Graduates from an accredited School of Nursing are preferred.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.
- Specialized nursing skills and knowledge pertinent to the medical unit are essential.
