Role Overview

As a Medical Social Worker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive care to our patients. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.

Key responsibilities include:
  • - Establishing care plans in line with the physician's treatment strategy
    - Providing personalized support to patients, addressing their social, emotional, and economic challenges
    - Connecting patients with vital community resources, enhancing their overall well-being

Requirements

- Master's degree from an accredited school approved by Council on Social Work Education is required
- Current licensure to practice in WA state is required
- One year of social work in a healthcare setting is preferred
- CPR certification is necessary
