We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Orthopedic Surgical Unit at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in the Orthopedic Surgical Unit, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to patients undergoing orthopedic surgical procedures
- Assessing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Colorado, Utah, or Kansas
- One year of experience in a surgical or orthopedic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
