  • Lead Clinical Operations
    • Supervise and mentor junior physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinical operations.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide cutting-edge care.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
    • Current, active MD licensure in the state of employment.
    • Board Eligibility or Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
    • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
