Pet Paradise Resort Front Desk Supervisor

At Pet Paradise Resort, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading and training our Front Desk Associates, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct supervision and training to Front Desk Associates
- Assist the management team with employee training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Report and document any potential hazards or behavioral problems
- Assist with Front Desk functions, including check-ins, check-outs, and customer service issues
- Responsible for assisting new and existing team members with required training and courses
- Two years or more in a customer service role
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills
- Comfortable leading by example and handling physical labor
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
