Responsibilities
Monitor betting and customer behavior across the business, providing real-time factoring and setting stake limits for customer accounts.
Review incoming sports bets and provide insights through detailed bet notes.
Track customers' use of free bets and bonus funds to recognize and minimize abusive behavior over time.
Create, run, and investigate analytical reports to target specific betting patterns and assess product performance.
Identify potential VIP customers and flag them to the VIP Sports team.
Collaborate with traders to maintain accurate pricing across all markets and offer regular feedback to the broader trading team on customer trends and performance.
Essential Functions
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Interest and in-depth knowledge of sports and sports gambling.
Possesses strong analytical and mathematical skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays critical.
Ability to analyze betting patterns and use experience and 'instinct' to initiate actions.
Applies a logical approach to real-time problem identification and resolution.
Knowledge and experience of SQL and a programming language such as Python or R preferred.
Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,850 to $85,000, as well as an annual bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits, paid time off, holidays, and employee resource groups.
