As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure processing of materials, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of production staff, assigning tasks and reviewing job instructions to ensure proper completion of operations.
  • Process Optimization: Organize the layout of production operations to ensure efficient and secure processing, in accordance with written requirements.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and monitor the quality of processed and assembled materials, verifying that all materials are properly labeled and accounted for.
  • Inventory Management: Count and record materials required for use in the packaging operation, and perform line clearances at required points during operations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Flexibility with work requirements and ability to take direction from supervision and provide direction to production team members.
