As a Travel Imaging Tech, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) procedures, utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. You will work under your scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT procedures, utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
  • Work under your scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
  • Coordinate patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner.
  • Exercise professional judgment in the performance of duties to maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs.
  • May have on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in CT scanning.
  • Must have experience with Siemens equipment.
  • Required some education and training to be allowed to practice (usually national credentials).
  • BLS certification.
  • ARRT RT (R) registry.
  • CT registry preferred.
  • ODH licensure.
  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income. Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $2392 per week
