About the RoleThis is a full-time position in Bluffton, SC, where you will work as part of a collaborative team to provide primary and family care to our patients. You will be empowered to run your own practice with the support of our clinical care team, and will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, and provide patient education on vaccine counseling and safety.
- Perform routine examinations and provide health screenings to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care for patients.
- Encourage patients to take an active role in their own health and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs.
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
- Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish, depending on the market.
