Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Job:
The HCL Fabricator supports production in the largest value stream (HCL) within the Parker LORD Erie facility by performing manufacturing processes which may include blasting, chemical treatment processing, adhesive application, elastomer preparation, run rolling mills, fabrication, molding assembly, component assembly, painting, and inspection. The role requires completing all manufacturing paperwork and computer transactions accurately and timely, as well as daily interaction with other operators and department support staff to share best practices and support smooth shift changeover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma, fluent in English, both written and verbal. Trade school experience and 1-2 years of manufacturing operations experience are preferred. Mechanical skills/abilities are also required.
