**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform evaluations and develop effective patient treatment plans to restore, maintain, or prevent decline of patient function.
  • Administer therapy treatments according to a treatment plan approved by the attending physician.
  • Direct treatments given by aides and assistants.
  • Evaluate the effects of therapy treatments by observing, noting, and evaluating patients' progress.
  • Manage therapy minutes for patients based on individual clinical needs.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
  • Ability to travel within 50 minutes of assigned primary building(s) as needed.
