Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Group Leader to join our team at Healthy Kids Programs. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children in our Before and After-School Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with hands-on activities and lesson plans that promote learning and development in children.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages socialization and teamwork among children.
  • Stay connected with parents and guardians through regular updates and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience working with children under 13 preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including fingerprinting and references.
  • Medically fit to perform all job duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
