Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiac Sonographer to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Traveling Cardiac Sonographer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare teams in different locations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations to evaluate cardiac function and structure.
- Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and techniques.
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
- Requires national certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent.
- Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular, required within 18 months of hire.
- BLS certification required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
